The most Prime cuts of export grade Wagyu beef are cooked to perfection at The Tasting Room. We constantly strive to perfect cooking techniques and flavour combinations to ensure that our visitors have the best possible experience.
Many of the cuts of Wagyu beef that we use are unavailable for purchase in Australia due to overseas demand. This provides a huge drawcard to visit TTR and eat these prized Wagyu Beef steaks. Our extensive wine list focusses on the local Coonawarra wines.
We offer museum wines from the best wineries in the Limestone Coast region. Many of these wines share a somewhat symbiotic relationship with the Wagyu, as they are not readily available for the general public except for at premium establishments.
Stunning panoramic views across the rugged and beautiful Canunda National Park provide the perfect back drop for our guests to relax and enjoy the amazing food that is on offer.
